We are fortunate to have arranged a visit with Andrew Hulcoop, Managing Director of Cotswold Motor Group, which includes Cotswold BMW, Cotswold Mini and Cotswold Motorrad. Andrew, as MD of the leading distributor in the UK, faces the daily challenges of staying ahead of the competition in a highly competitive market place.
The brand new flagship Retail Centre in Cheltenham opened on Monday 2 May.
The new Retail Centre is located just off Grovefield Way, less than a mile from junction 11 of the M5, and was an amalgamation of the previous Cheltenham and Gloucester businesses, thus becoming the new home of both, representing BMW, MINI and Motorrad.
The extensive workshop is fully kitted out with the latest tools and technologies, with forty-eight ramps (including four MOT stations) and six Motorrad ramps (including an MOT station).
The amazing new Centre was four years in the planning and more than two years in the making, but they are already absolutely thrilled with the results. It represents a huge investment by their shareholders and a genuine commitment to providing the perfect environment for their customers and staff. Everything has been specifically designed to enhance the customer experience.
Andrew will take CEGlos members on a tour of the facility (including some peeking behind the scenes) and share some insight into his experience of procuring this showcase project.
