Speller Metcalfe has provided the opportunity for CEGlos Members to revisit the Swindon Road Housing Development.
This project comprises 17 flats and 7 terraced homes and are being constructed with Cheltenham Borough Council. The development will also include green outdoor spaces and sustainability features, such as solar panels and green roofs.
